Last week, once again we have Bruce Cochrane in Sheridan. It is always amazing to see how every time he can brings something new to the students, and of course the way he handling the clay.
It's a big encouraging or motivation to me too. After the workshop, went through my sketch book again, I decided to put my hands on, enjoy the making, really looking back to see what was my original passion about the clay.
Then these forms come along.

STEP 1: sketching, figuring the proportion, potential functions

STEP 2: thrown cylinders, waiting till leather hard, round the bottom

STEP 3: attach handles or knob, wrapped with black clay (to add the hand marks and build the contrast)

STEP 4: clean up and bisque

STEP 5: grouping, arranging, photographing

Struggling of trying new design actually push me closer to the my thesis - the idea of arranging, multi-objects design, the space...
Attached below is the one of the architecture and interior design website i been looking at, specially subject about tea room setup.
ENJOY!
